Acura Mdx Water Leak Carpet

My 2005 mdx is leaking water into both floorboards.

I think it is coming from behind dashboard under rubber cover on floor. 2003 acura mdx touring front blower motor not working if i supply a ground to the blower motor it blows other wise the fan has no speeds rear fan works just fine could it be the blower motor fan modul.
