Adding rooms to outlook 2010.
Click show all if you don t see resources right away.
Open outlook on your computer.
To use room or equipment mailboxes open outlook from your computer or sign in to outlook on the web.
Next click the plus icon to create a new meeting room.
This is the name that will be displayed in your outlook calendar.
When i choose the room list from the drop down in the room finder it shows none under the available rooms section however the suggested times does show the 2 available rooms and if i goto scheduling assistant it does show up the rooms in the room list.
